If you currently do very little or no exercise, start slowly.
Fill your bow with only 0.5 L of water (instead of 1L or 1.5L)
Going on our safaris 2-3 times a week for 10-15 minutes could make you feel significant improvements in your back and neck after just 1 to 2 weeks.
Of course, if your goals are higher and you notice that your fitness level is increasing, then fill your bow with more water and go on longer safaris with higher demands.

Sports scientists at the Faculty of Sports Science, Department of Biomechanics at the University of Leipzig were able to confirm a significant effect in a scientific study. Training with the water-filled Ajambow bow activates the deep muscles and fascia more effectively than a conventional comparable training device, thus confirming an above-average sense of achievement in less time and with less effort.
Of course, success is always very individual, but so far we have not had a single person who has not felt these effects.
All orders received before 12 noon on working days will be shipped the same day from our warehouse near Leipzig and your WaterBow will be with you within 1-3 days.
Outside Germany it can take up to a week.
